This week we will discuss the development of findings from an operational audit.  Before we start, let’s discuss the five operational review attributes - statement of condition, criteria, cause, effect, and recommendation - and their significance in the development of review findings (take one at a time and discuss at some length).  Feel free to share some of your preliminary findings from your course project also.
