wellness model 300-500 words

Students are asked to design a ‘Personal and Professional Wellness Model that will include wellness dimensions that they believe will enhance their own health and wellness as educators.

1. A one page visual representation of the wellness model is required. This visual depiction can include a combination of images, artwork, or models similar but not identical to those presented in class or other models you discover through your own personal research.
   Some past students have created a 3-D Wellness model. If you decide to create a 3-D model – please take a photograph of the model and upload the JPG file along with your description of your model.
2. A one to two page – 250 - 500 word written description of your wellness model is also required.
