Making a global shift might mean you’ll be acting as a manager to product teams in multiple countries or ramp up production to have the components to break into a new market. However, the changes look for your organization, effective change management is an important factor for acquiring and keeping any competitive advantage.
Discuss the relationship between organizational change and the organization’s need to stay competitive in a global market. How much does this relationship drive change? What other factors drive organizational change?
