Stakeholder views are often known to affect the perception and direction regarding a project. Knowing this it is critical for you to perform a stakeholder analysis. To do this, you will need to: 

• Identify your stakeholders
• Prioritize all stakeholders
• Understand the needs for each (e.g. level of engagement, communication requirements, etc.)    

Use the attached template to develop a stakeholder register for your project. It is advisable to complete the project charter assignment before attempting this assignment.
