Week 8

1.  In your own words define what is vulnerability and rural populations and give and discuss at least two examples of each one. 

 2.  Do you feel it is realistic for nurses to be able to address all the different issues that face patients today? Why or why not? How do you think you could integrate this type of assessment into the care setting without taking up too much time?  

3.  If you worked in a rural area and wanted to form a task force around certain health topics, who would be important key informants to invite to the table? How would you work together to address the problems of the community? What would be some unique challenges

4. What are some of the stereotypes about people who are homeless? Are these always true? Are they even usually true? What leads people to homelessness?   

As stated in the syllabus the assignment must be presented in an APA format word document, Arial 12 font attached to the forum on the discussion board.  A minimum of 3 evidenced-based references must be used  References must be no older than 5 years.  A minimum of 700 words is required.
