1. Facts of the case

2. The issues

3. How the case got to the Supreme Court

4. Arguments why the court should decide in your favor and

5. Respond to the arguments of the other side

Our normal case analysis assignments have parties, facts, procedure, issue, applicable laws, holding and reasoning. I don't know if you guys think its a good idea to mimic that format or just do the 5 sections
Course Project Final: The Course Project Final will be on the case decided by the U.S. Supreme Court Masterpiece Cakeshop v. Colorado Civil Rights Commission.
