“Why School Culture Matters, and How to Improve It” by Mike Haberman

This article discusses school culture and how to improve it. While we cannot mimic businesses, we can certainly learn from them. (Be sure to watch the short video in the middle of the article). What part of this article inspired you?  How can you adapt what you learned here to the school where you now teach or the school you would like to lead in the future?
