Recommend the most effective process for determining the right rewards for employees in support of better performance. • Compare the dynamics of various types of teams within a health care organization. Analyze the major reasons why the leadership team within a health care organization should pay close attention to team dynamics. Support your response with at least two (2) examples of the potential consequences should the leadership team not take notice.
