Prepare a case summary using the IRAC method that is at least 500 words.

Please make sure to meet the minimum word count for this assignment.  Also, you needed to follow (F)IRAC for this assignment.  I want you to forget the writing you've learned over the years in school.  Legal writing is completely different and has its own format.  (F)IRAC is the format you will follow and learn.
