2. Simplify the fraction 85/175 to lowest terms.

Work:

Divide both top and bottom by 5

Answer: 17/35

(1) Sheena has ¾ cup of sugar. She used half of the sugar for pancakes. How much sugar is left?

There is 3/8 cup of sugar left.
