W2 Extra Credit Calculation of Incident Rates - A+ Work Required - 12 Hours Max Please

You are to take a picture of your companies OSHA 300A form (Summary of Occupational Injuries and Illnesses). Companies are required to post this information from February 1st - April 30th each year. Then you are to calculate the total incident rate and the DART rate for your company to view the safety performance of your company. NOTE: You must include both calculations and show your work to receive full credit and explain what this information tells you about your company. If you do not work get a family member to get the 300A information from their job. This information must be uploaded into Bb with your calculations and explanation of what this tells you about your companies safety performance.
