For this assignment, prepare an analysis in which you:

1. Assess the leadership approach of your leader POC to your recommended implementation to address the problem or challenge you chose to address.
2. Select a leadership approach that is different from your leader POC and explain why the approach is more ideal for facilitating the implementation of your recommendation.
