One very vital area that almost every criminal justice professional will encounter is the collection and admissibility of evidence. For this assignment, prepare an essay describing, analyzing, and arguing all sides of admissibility of the following types of evidence that must be used to obtain a guilty verdict of a defendant in a criminal trial:

• direct evidence,
• hearsay evidence,
• indirect evidence,
• real evidence, and
• testimonial evidence.

In addition to describing, analyzing, and arguing all sides of admissibility, be sure to meet the criteria below when writing your essay.
