Create a mock court cause in which you discuss the key elements of courtroom presentation from the vantage point of the defendant and security personnel in a criminal trial or the plaintiff and respondent in a civil trial.

This assessment consists of two essay questions that are worth 50 points each, and should each be a minimum of 200 words.
