Interview 3 leaders in the health care field. In a paper of 3–4 pages, complete the following:

• - Discuss their leadership styles, attributes, behaviors, and actions that make them successful.
• - Identify what knowledge, skills, abilities, and attitudes are necessary to be a successful health care leader.
• - Discuss the behaviors and actions that have made the leaders successful (e.g., mentor program, hard work, ethics, values, beliefs, and behaviors).
• - Discuss the role model who most influenced their leadership abilities.
• - Identify which leadership-oriented theory or model each leader most emulates.
