First Question :-

Family law is a challenging law specialty because it encompasses marriage, divorce, children, support, child abuse etc. As a legal professional potentially working in this area, what do you think are the greatest challenges you would face? 

Second Question:-

The use of social media, such as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram has drastically changed the way people communicate. Social media has truly allowed people to speak their mind, sometimes too easily. Thus, when a potentially defamatory statement is made online or through social media that involves the written word and/or post - such as Facebook or Twitter - it is considered libel.

Based on what you learned in the chapter, and your understanding of libel and slander, do you agree with this? Do you think that you should be able to be sued based on what you say or post on social media?
