Trend Report help

With the attached data, write a detailed trend analysis report of incident reported in each QUARTER of fiscal year 2017 - 2018. Your report should include comparison table, histogram, pie chart and bar graph. The pie chart should show the percentage of incident occurrence per location. 

This report should include INTRODUCTION, ANALYSIS OF INCIDENT REPORT PER EACH QUARTER, PERCENTAGE OF INCIDENT REPORTED, DIFFERENCE IN TRENDS BETWEEN 2017 QUARTERS AND 2018 QUARTERS as well as Conclusion.
