Answer the following questions:

Travelocity, Orbitz, and Expedia are examples of online travel agencies often referred to in the industry as OTA's (Online Travel Agencies). As a hotel operator, what do you see as the benefits of these intermediaries? Do you see any pitfalls?

Find three other OTA's that you may use.  Provide the URL's for these OTA's.  Please share if you have personally used any of the six OTA's and what type of experience you had using  the OTA and why you chose that particular one.  If you have never used an OTA tell which one you may use and why you chose that one?
