In this chapter we looked at different sources and types of data, and how/why data can be/ is sourced in order to gain a competitive advantage. For this, our first group discussion, identify two sets of data that your organization either can or does compile in order to gain a sustainable advantage over your competitors, and answer the following four questions for each of these datasets. Note that these four questions are drawn from the four primary characteristics of high-quality data, as described by the authors in table 1:2.

1) Why this data is relevant to your organization? Why should compiling and managing this data be a priority over doing to same for other datasets?

2) How can/is this data delivered to decision makers in a timely fashion? What improvements could be made to the delivery process and mechanisms?

3) How reliable and accurate is this data? If we're looking at data that is already compiled and managed, what can be done to improve its reliability and accuracy?

4) Is this data easy for decision-makers to use and understand? Why or why not? If not, what could be done to improve its usability?

Remember, you need to identify TWO datasets for this assignment, and answer the above four questions for each.
