• community risk assessment (Unit 6, done already)
• Intervention Development ( work on this)
• implementation plan (Unit 8)
• evaluation plan (Unit 9)

In this unit you will focus on Intervention Development designed to generate positive population health outcomes within your target population.

Directions:

You will write a 4 page MS Word document (excluding the title and reference pages) which contains:

• interventions designed to generate positive population health outcomes within your target population;
• rationales supporting intervention designs; and
• a minimum of five peer-reviewed evidence-based journal articles with findings relevant to your target population and designed interventions.

Your writing Assignment should:

• follow the conventions of Standard English (correct grammar, punctuation, etc.);
• be well ordered, logical, and unified, as well as original and insightful;
• display superior content, organization, style, and mechanics; and;
• use APA 6th edition format.
