 In 2010, the State of Arizona passed Senate Bill 1070 in an attempt to control the illegal immigration coming across that state's borders. 

 In your opinion, has this Bill been effective and do you believe it is appropriate for the responsibility for this type of enforcement to be at the State and Local level or should it be done only at the Federal level
