Summarize the evidence to determine whether the company uses a make-to-order or a make-to-stock supply chain, including relevant examples. Illustrate how the company has utilized at least three common types of supply contracts. Based on your review of this company, suggest at least three improvements or enhancements to its supply chain design and practices.
