Stakeholder Involvement

This is one of the most important aspects of strategic planning, not to mention good leadership. Discuss with your classmates a time when your organization included you on a project as a stakeholder. Give detail of the project and how it made you feel to be included. If your manager, director, or organization has not included you in a project, think about a system-wide initiative in which you would have liked to have been involved. Discuss with the class how you would have contributed to the initiative had you been asked as a stakeholder. 200 word minimum w/cited references.
