 Introduction
Note statement/brief introduce the problems:
1.  Thanks  everyone  to  join  my  project  as  we  actively  discuss  the
importance of technology encouragement in the world.
Briefly introduce the problem:
2.  People  today  still  misunderstand  some  technologies,  and  each  newly
developed technology will not be quickly accepted by some people in
the  world.  According  to  the  book  "Innovation  and  Its  Enemies:  Why
People  Resist  New  Technologies".  I  found  this  book  to  be  about  the
attacks  on  medieval  Middle  East  and  European  coffee,  about  their
opposition and investigations, and today’s technologies about artificial
intelligence,  as  well  as  advanced  and  newly  developed  technologies
such as drones, 3D printing, and gene editing. The potential impact. The
disputes triggered by these influences have attracted technical debates
that have been going on for more than 600 years.

 Significance
B.  Harm  1:  Do  not  encourage  technology  to  enter  the  world  or

accept technology will lead to social regression.
1.According to the "World Economic Forum", scientists have
provided us with direct examples of rejecting farm technology. In
the early days, some tractors were introduced in the United States.
However, these tractors are almost a model without farm benefits.
A large part of the business still feel that Mubi is more valuable than
tractors.
2.
On  the  other  hand,  why  tractors  are  better  than  horses,
because farmers do not need to feed tractors to waste their physical
strength and food, but they still do not believe in technology. This
is a way of wasting knowledge.
C. Harm 2: If more people do not accept the use of technology, it will
certainly slow down the world's transportation.
1.
For many reasons, new technologies have brought us many,
many  benefits,  such  as  airplanes,  automobiles,  and  ships.  They  use
different  angles  to  benefit  and  facilitate  our  world,  and  more  developed
transportation.  However,  despite  this,  many  people  still  refuse  to  accept
these  technologies.  According  to  the  “use  of  technology”,  34%  of  the
elderly cannot accept passenger aircraft because they fear the safety of the
aircraft.
2.
Because  many  people  are  still  unable  to  accept  our  new
traffic changes and the evolution of technology, it will also significantly to

make   slow   down   our   transportation   time   and   make   the   world's
technological evolution slower.
D. Harm 3: If people do not accept the development of technology or
encourage  the  technology  of  some  countries,  it  will  happen  to  reduce
agricultural production.
       1.
According to an article by the “NPR” author in an article, we
still face severe drought problems in our spacious Texas. From 1950 until
1960, the country lost about 100,000 farms and pastures. The situation in
the  rural  areas  was  even  more  serious.  In  the  past,  the  rural  population
accounted for 1/3 of the total population, but now it has decreased by 1/4.
And this situation has not been completely restored till now.
2. Because Texas is a land with lots of land, so they have more
farms, and  those new  technologies have not  yet spread to  their  states, so
many people in Texas still pray for God with sacrifices. Rain.
3.
To put it another way, if you do not know the importance of
technology or feel that accepting the new technology will not completely
restore the country, then more and more things will get worse.
E. Harm 4: If people do not accept advanced technologies such as the
Internet,  then  people's  communication  will  become  more  and  more
complex and difficult.
1. According to "Pew's Research Center," they used statistics
and published data for people who do not accept the Internet. Nearly 1/4

of the elderly (41%) and 65% or more (41%) of people do not use Internet
technology. They feel that it is unnecessary to accept this technology, and
only  about  1%  of  people  aged  18  to  29  years  old  People  do  not  use  the
Internet for this technology.
2.
By using this method, people will make it not easier for older
people to communicate with their families, and their family members still
need to drive something to get their home. If this is the case, then this kind
of communication will become more and more difficult.

 Inherency
A) But there will still be many people, especially the elderly and those
who are far from the city. They do not believe and use technology.
They  like  the  status  quo  and  are  not  very  willing  to  try  new
technologies.  However,  because  of  our  first  industrial  revolution,
we  slowly  succeeded  in  making  new  technologies  acceptable  to
everyone, and the use of technology has spread slowly throughout
the country. More people across the country know the importance
of  technology.  This  technology  is  making  the  world  better,  more
convenient,  and  more  convenient.  However,  there  are  still  some
people who misunderstand the technology.
B)  If  there  are  still  many  people  who  do  not  accept  technology,  this
problem   will   not   be   solved.   The   speed   of   transportation,
communication,  social  degradation,  and  decline  in  agricultural

production will never be the best.
C)  This  is  an  internal  factor  of  existentialism  because  our  current
policy is not related to this situation. People are free to choose what
they want, but that is not a good happened for our world.

 Plan
A. Agent: United States
B. Authorization:
1.
The Congress will pass the bill to encourage more and spread more
widely across the country. (In order to ensure that everyone will accept and
like  to  use  new  technologies  and  accept  our  lovely  country),  such  as  the
suburbs,   technology   will   not   make   people   lack   creativity.   More
importantly,  technology  will  make  people  more  intelligent  and  more.
Ability to work and save a lot of time and energy.
2. All people in the U.S., including the suburbs, should embrace the
new technology and use them well.
3. To build a better country, we need to step up communication more
quickly,  improve  the  country's  agricultural  production,  and  accelerate
transportation.
4. Through the country's creation of more creative technologies, the
country will be better, and the economy will grow.
5. The law will provide people with access to technology and create a
bigger  channel  to  make  people's  lives  easier,  and  when  people  use

technology,  technology  will  reduce  people's  fatigue,  increase  people's
work efficiency, and finally they will all think Develop a new technology
to help the world become better and better.
C law enforcement:
1)   The  government  will  assign  experts  to  places  where
people  do  not  accept  the  use  of  technology,  or  where
people  want  to  get  but  there  is  no  way  to  obtain
technology.  The  government  will  send  experts  to  teach
them  how  to  use  it.  The  main  purpose  is  to  help  them
adapt to the new technology. (People with new ideas or
new technologies will receive at least $3,000 in creative
gifts)
2)   If  the  person  using  the  new  technology  and  completing
the  survey  will  receive  a  government  gift,  how  the
investigation will be issued by the government.
3)   The  government  will  cooperate  with  foreign  countries
and send all scientists to jointly explore new technologies.
Once people are united, they will become more creative
and make the country stronger.
D funds and fill:
1) If there are requirements, these will be collected through
all taxes, because this is a better way to make our society more progressive.

We have no reason to reject it. We should support it.
E schedule:
1)  Now it has been less than a month.

 Solvency
A.  Harm  1:  Receiving  and  encouraging  technology  does  not
lead to social regression.
1)  Farmers  have  never  seen  technology  and  therefore  do  not
accept them. They don't know what technology will bring them, so
the technicians will test them slowly. Once they get used to it and
like new technologies, the technicians will spend more time on them.
They will Be happy and accept more and better technology.
2)  If  the  farm's  workload  increases,  then  the  rate  of  economic
growth will accelerate. After a round, the society will become better
and better.
B.   Harm   2:   Accepting   better   technologies   will   make
transportation faster.
1) Slowly accept the use of transportation technologies such
as  advanced  vehicles,  trains,  airplanes,  motorcycles,  roads  and
various  energy  sources.  For  example,  the  technology  of  different
vehicles  will  use  different  methods  to  improve  people's  behavior
and they can easily accomplish some things, saving a lot of time and
energy to transport objects.

2)  By  improving  the  transportation  technology,  our  life
becomes  more  convenient  and  faster.  Improve  a  lot  of  work
efficiency.
C. Harm 3: The reduction in agricultural production will never
happen.
1)    The    realization    of    agricultural    mechanization
technology,  farmers  using  agricultural  mechanization  technology
and other technologies will resist a variety of pests and diseases.
2)  Farmers  in  arid  regions  can  grow  healthy  crops  and
increase   their   survival.   They   will   use   advanced   pumps   and
sprinklers to bring them from the river to their place of cultivation.
The entire process can be the machine itself, which can save a lot of
manpower and time.
D. Harm 4: Communication will become easier.
1)  Social  media  quickly  spreads  information  through  the
Internet platform. People use telephones to communicate with each
other and chat with information. This technology will be accepted,
and more people can easily access and experience this beautiful and
convenient "Information Age."
2)  Developed  technologies  will  make  the  world  easier  to
connect with each other.

 Advantages:
To avoid numerous issues in society, our aircraft

has   the   simplest   solution   to   the   problem   and   has   many
advantages.
A) Accepting the use of those technologies can not only help
us to obtain a more convenient world, but also improve our quality
of  life  because  we  have  better  technologies  to  help  us  transport
things faster.
B) The relationship of family members because the technology
will    become    closer    because    we    use    more    convenient
communication technology throughout the country.
C) Food will no longer be a problem. Everyone can get enough
food because we have fast and effective technology to help us grow
and produce crops.
D)  The  rapid  development  of  society,  people  will  get  more
different jobs, such as maintenance to create more tools, more job
opportunities  come  to  this  country,  the  country's  economy  will
continue to grow slowly.
E) Technology will bring people a convenient life.

 About conclusion
A: To sum up, in the society where we live now, there are still
many remote people who do not accept these new technologies for
various reasons. I think it is not a good idea for them to reject these
technologies. As society progresses, their lives should also need to

follow  social  progress.  Farmers,  tractors,  pumps,  and  all  other
convenient tools were invented to make it easier and faster to help
crops  grow.  Since  we  invented  these  things,  we  should  use  their
advantages  to  get  rid  of  many  natural  disasters.  Transportation
technology has not yet been accepted by some elderly people. They
should try to feel the rapid passage of modern transportation tools.
If the government encourages the support of this technology to all
parts of the country in all aspects, then I believe that there will be
many problems in life that will be solved, and we will also have a
better life and a more convenient society.
B. For all the above reasons, please help us to vote fair on the
new  policy.  Please  help  us  vote  for  the  use  of  technology  in  the
United States so that we can have a better life together.
