Guests, director, and my colleagues, good morning? Today I am delighted to make this speech unto you. Indeed, it is a great honor to have such an opportunity to address a congregation of individuals whom we share a common goal. Also, the opportunity is crucial for sharing new ideas and also getting to know more about them. Today I am going to talk about inspiration in one's life, and I am going to talk about my motivation. 

What comes to your mind when we mentioned the word "inspire"? What do we think when an individual says so, and so is a source of inspiration? For sure, we have observed people in our lives who have tremendous significant achievements, and we think of how they were able to ac realize that success. Other people's success inspires us to study their personal lives to identify the real ingredients that brought about success. Usually, when one is our source of inspiration, we tend to emulate their ways of conduct and try to tread their paths to see if we could realize success. 

Personally my inspiration comes from the tech guru, owner of Alibaba, Jack Ma, who rose from the amble beginning and rose to big the top business mogul through information technology innovation. His business, online market, dominates the Chinese market, and even it has expanded to most parts of the world. One can, therefore, make an order of any items and receive them at the comforts of the home or office. 

Jack Ma's Path to the tremendous such did not come easily but through hard work and sacrifices that could be a source of inspiration to any one interested in understanding Ma's journey to success. One of the qualities that Ma's stick to is the utilization of every instance of opportunity that comes on his way.  That is why he quitted his teaching job when he identified the opportunity existing in the online market.  Also, who could observe trends in information technology and especially the internet, and correlate the impact on various industries? The strategy enabled him to identify the business gaps in the then existing commerce and put all the effort to ensure that he explicitly utilized the opportunity. The sheer determination and consistent pursuit of his dreams yielded Alibaba.  

Willingness to learn is another crucial attribute identified, which enables him to get his business a flying start. He had to learn English at an old age, which allowed him to teach the English language to several colleges. Also, he had to learn several technologies and use them to set the foundation of his ideas and also to implement various aspects of his identified opportunity. Also, despite not knowing any technological skill in information technology, he was able to gather knowledge while working on the entire project. Most of his time involves learning new things that could result in the improvement of ways of living in society.  

The current world is not fair to most people, and if you hear the success story of the few successful people, you will not want to go through the same experience but fear or lose hope if you don't like tough challenges. Ma had gone through almost every cruel challenge in the world; for instance, he tried to join the forces but was turned down. You will concur with him that the most annoying thing in this world being turned down for no apparent reason, which usually happens in the process of recruiting people to join the forces. Ma also got another bad experience when he tried to join KFC when they fast established their branch in China. Through some of the speeches he has made in various platforms, Ma explained that out of the 24 applicants he was only one who was turned down on the job offer. 

If you have also heard the success stories of most of the entrepreneurs you will hear some words such as loneliness and rejection at some point both for one's ideas and for an individual in the community and by the family member. It seems this kind of happening is synonymous with entrepreneurship and success at large. It comes to some point where you will lose friends and even trust from the family members because you tend to spend too much time on some that feel unrealistic to most of the people, especially those who are close to you. But the good thing is that Ma describes these challenges as the building block of success, anybody who wants to realize it does not fear failure or rejection. 

There is a phrase that says that "once a teacher always a teacher," which typical of Ma. When you listen to his speech, you will feel like a student and might even be tempted to make notes. He explains everything like a teacher in a way that will benefit everybody and will try to want, he says in the real-life situation. 

Lastly, inspiration in life work and every want who wants success must not only listen to their role model but also try going their path will not be always exact but use their own principles to realize success.
