Your textbook states that most Americans still receive most of their healthcare at home, typically provided by female family members. Please review the section in your text on home care and for this discussion post, consider the burdens faced by family caregivers. In you your post identify, describe, and discuss a potential policy (federal-, state-, or employer-level) that could be implemented and would make home care an easier task for the caregivers.
