Digital certificates.

I need someone to generate an encryprion digital certificate to my website. i want to block everybody out of the website except my legitimate clients, so if there is anyone whho is good at data encryption /web encryption and can generate a digital certificate that i can install on clients PC web browser so as to access the website kindly assist.
