Keeping in mind the reading that you have done for this week and your overall knowledge of feminism, think about the legacy of the feminist movement. What were the major accomplishments of the first and second waves of the feminist movement? What, if any, will be the legacy of the current (21st century) feminist movement? Do you think we still need feminism or is it a thing of the past? Explain your answers.
