· Self-verification theory

· Social comparison theory

· Social exchange theory

· Social identity theory

· Social-Emotional selectivity theory

2. Then, choose four of the concepts from the list and  answer the following three questions:

· In your own words, discuss what the concept of your chosen theories means.

· How important are these concepts?

· Why are you interested in these concepts?
