Please write a 5 page “research-based” paper that describes the problems related to social media in the work place and propose solutions on how a company could address these issues.  Your paper will have the following sections:

 (1) an introduction; 

(2) a review of related literature that highlights the problems found with social media and how it impacts the workplace;

 (3) a proposed solution on how to address each problem; 

(4) a conclusion section; and 

(5) a reference page (a minimum of five (5) literature references must be used. (Wikipedia is not one).  Papers shall follow APA guidelines be submitted as an MS Word attachment with all resources properly cited/referenced.
