 I need a research analysis of academic trends for DC, MD and VA
Can you provide me with the following state information?

1. On Time High School Graduation Rates by race over the last two years (white, black, latino, asian) by each state 

2. Percent of high school students who enter College immediately after graduation by race (white, black latino, asian)

3. 6 year college graduation completion rate by race for each stage over the last two years (white, black, latino, asian)

**Within each of the three categories above, try to find the male/female rates
