Write a 2--3 page paper describing the application of Project Management Principles and Processes.

• Find an article describing a health care program in a professional journal. This can be at the patient level, provider level, or institutional level.
• Describe the program in terms of  needs assessment, goals and objectives, implementation and evaluation. Include information describing whether you consider the program to be successful or not AND why. Make sure you describe the health care program from the journal article. This assignment is "application of Project Management Principles and Processes" - not an overview/definition of what they are.
• Include at least 2 references relevant to the topic. Be sure to include the reference for the health care program your paper describes.
• Follow APA guidelines for citations and formatting. Include a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the professor's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
