Write a synopsis about a BPM initiative or approach. Your
synopsis should to some degree be related to the business process modeling you
have been doing as a part of the BPM elective, though you are expected to include
other aspects of business processes modeling than the more technical and tool
based.
The synopsis should include a discussion of how different theoretical or
methodological frameworks would affect the result of your work. In other words, you
should include more than one perspective in your discussion.
