Three. Ch.19 speculates on the emerging technological advances that may drive the evolution of LTC in the future. Summarize the influence technology may have moving forward.

Four. Finally, Ch.19 reviews how innovative delivery methods will be focal in the LTC industry in the future. Link the two – technology (from Ch. 17) and innovative delivery methods (from ch. 19), in describing how an existing LTC population may receive care in a very different fashion 10 or even 5 years from now.
