The images above are examples of visual rhetoric. We are constantly inundated with images that attempt to persuade our thinking and choices. 

Find a recent example of a visual argument, either in print or on the Internet. Even though you may have a copy of the image, create a written description of the image, and assume that your description is all readers may have to go on. In other words, they will not see the image and will rely solely on your written description. Then make a judgment about the image's effectiveness, supporting your claim with clear evidence from the "text" (your written description).
