RFP for project management

 Each student will be part of a self-determined project who will plan a “real-life” project of their choice.  The project can be the construction of a new facility, development of a new product or service, or something of specific interest to the group.  The project must be one for which the processes in the initiating and planning process groups can be accomplished.  The project must also be one for which the group can assign responsibilities to its members in an equitable manner.  The group will propose the full scope of their study by the end of the third week; the proposal will serve as a contract among the team members.
