Restorative Justice
Restorative justice for many is presented as a program or even an intermediate sanction. In reality, it is a philosophy that attempts to restore the three main players in a crime - the offender, the victim, and the community.
In a one- to two-page paper, answer the following questions:
- What does restorative justice mean to you?
- How can restorative justice concepts be integrated into the court process, sentencing, and probation?
- Include a minimum of two resources to address the above.
