Response Paper - International Relations

Hi guys, I need to write a response paper to an article. The article is about International Relations Theory, in 101 class. I need to write a response paper to the selected reading on pages 219-221, the article titled The Economic Taproot of Imperialism. You may study lectures in the book also if you need them. A response paper is similar to an essay but you need the instructions in the link. In addition, the response paper should be 1000-1300 words.
