International Relations - Response Paper 3

Hi guys, I need to write a response paper to an article. The article is about International Relations Theory, in 101 class. I need to write a response paper to the selected reading on pages 254-259, the article titled The Law of Nations on War, Peace, and Freedom of the Seas. You may study lectures in the book also if you need them. A response paper is similar to an essay but you need the instructions in the link.
