Research Paper/ PowerPoint

I need help with a research paper. This research paper will need to be about customer service relations in aviation. The paper will be a minimum of 5 pages of content,  but no more than 7 (not including abstract, title page, etc) and the power point 5-to 7 slides plus reference page related to the paper. Please let`s emphasize quality over quantity! This paper will be in different stages.
