Find at least three current articles including one article from an academic journal focused on either micro aggression,  harassment or incivility (racism, classism, sexism, other isms or biases) that pertain to and exist in your future chosen career.  Review and summarize the articles.  Define micro-aggression, harassment or incivility as described in your research.  Explain how micro aggression, harassment or incivility exist in this work place environment.  What perspectives did the authors present? What did you agree with and  disagree with in the articles?  You may include your reaction and opinion as well as personal experience if applicable.   What solutions, if any, do you believe will resolve the problem?   How can you aspire to implement these solutions as a future professional?
