Those ways consist of psychotherapy, which has multiple types of therapy that full under it like includes cognitive behavioral therapy, personal therapy, compliance therapy, supportive therapy, psychoeducation, occupational therapy, and family therapy (Comer & Comer, 2021). In many cases, this therapy is mixed with other treatment options for maximum result.
