After you have completed the hiring recommendation memo and peer review, you will reflect on your processes and the assignment. Following best practices for technical communications and writing an email memo, compose a one-page, single-spaced response addressed to Dr. Herman.The reflection must contain a discussion of and critical reflection on the following:

• How or if your thoughts about diversity and the workplace have changed or been enhanced (please explain, even if you feel your thoughts have not changed);
• The reading and writing processes, including any thing that you would do differently;
• The process of revising the memo and the experience of peer review; and
• The assignment concept and requirements.
