Filing health care claims electronically is almost always mandatory. A small percentage of offices/facilities are allowed to file paper claims these days. Do you think it is beneficial for a medical assistant, new to this field, to learn how to file a paper claim or should we focus solely on training/teaching how to file electronic claims? Please indicate why or why not in your response
