Psychology week 3 assignment methods

This week you will begin the Method section of your Program Evaluation Report; see page 221 for more information on this section. At this point, you should be able to complete those subsections that address the procedures of the design, including The Program, Definitions, and Design. (The rest of the subsections of the Method section will be completed in future weeks.)

Continue using the same agency program and logic model you developed in Week 1.

Submit the following three subsections:

1. The Program

Briefly describe how the program operates during the evaluation period (what services are provided and how they are delivered).

If the agency website does not specify something, state your assumption clearly.

Example: “The agency does not specify typical session frequency; for this evaluation, weekly sessions are assumed based on common practice in outpatient settings.”

2. Definitions

In this section, define:

• The population the program serves (e.g., age, presenting concerns, eligibility)
• The specific outcome you selected from your logic model

(State it as a measurable change, not an activity or service.)

3. Design

Briefly describe the evaluation design that will be used to examine change in the selected outcome.
