Research how to develop a project plan. In 750-1,000 words, address the following criteria:

1. Evaluate the importance of the various stakeholders and project drivers. Include the role of the Project Manager (PM) and the Project Management Office (PMO) for large information technology projects and explain how these roles contribute to a successful leadership model.

2.  Analyze the purpose and importance of including project milestones, timeline, tasks, activities, and resources. Compare and contrast two or three possible project methodologies, tools, and processes that can be used in the design and management of a project.

3. Determine the analytical methods and processes you will use for the project. Provide a rationale to support your choices.

4. Compare and contrast two strategies that promote successful and sustainable implementation of new informatics solutions within health care organizations. 

Cite a minimum of three scholarly resources to complete this assignment. Sources must be published within the past 5 years and appropriate for the assignment criteria and health care and health informatics content.
