Project Milestone

Milestone Two should be submitted as a 3–5 page Word document, using double spacing, 12-point Times New Roman font, one-inch margins, and the latest edition of the APA manual for formatting and citations. You should expect to have a minimum of 3 sources cited. (Note: to meet “Exemplary” criteria for this critical element in the final project grading rubric, you will need to include between 4–8 sources). The resources should be a combination of governmental citations related to community characteristics and scholarly resources related to the program and health condition.
