Project Management Red Zuma Project

Complete Part 3 and 4 of the Red Zuma Project You will need to turn in your Microsoft project file along with the memo. You will be generating reports from MS Project to use as part of your memo.  It is important for you to present this information in a professional manner as if you were turning this into your supervisor. Therefore, make sure that your memo looks and is written in a professional manner and tone. Your memo will be written with a word processing software like MS Word. Your response should be concise, but with the appropriate detail that this type of task would require in a professional setting.
