I. Proposal Writing:  (4 marks)

1. Give the comprehensive description of your Project / System scenario.

II. Project Planning: (Assume at least 4 tasks / modules) (9 marks)

1. Prepare “Project Scheduling” of your system modules with appropriate tasks,      effort,      duration      and dependencies.  // 3      marks
2. Prepare a neat “Activity bar chart” of your system      modules. // 3 marks
3. Prepare a “Staff allocation chart” of your system modules. // 3 marks
4. Did you think about eventual  changes? How do you resolve them if they happen ? 

III. Risk Management: (5 marks)

1. Give any ONE (1) risk that you identified. // 1 mark
2. What was its probability and effect? // 2      marks
3. What was the strategy that you applied to manage the risk? // 2 marks
