Assignment:  Write a 3-4 page paper that includes the following components of the project work plan (See Appendix 4B and Chapter 5 for further explanation of what each section should include):

Work Plan

• Work Activities to include work packages and Work Breakdown Structure
• Schedule allocation (includes at a minimum use of the Critical Path Method Activity Network with full analysis of slack and critical path completion time as well as development of a task-Gantt Chart)
• An initial resource allocation plan
• An initial budget allocation plan
